Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new customers such as hardware stores, plumbing companies, construction contractors, architects, and project developers.
Order Booking: Regularly visit assigned retail shops, dealers, and distributors to take accurate orders for sanitaryware products.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Product Promotion: Effectively present and promote sanitaryware products, explaining their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Market Development: Expand market reach by onboarding new retailers and dealers in assigned territories.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Follow-up: Track and follow up on orders placed to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visit reports and submit them to the sales manager.
Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team to check stock availability and ensure order fulfillment.
Payment Collection: Assist in timely payment collection from customers and ensure proper documentation.
After-Sales Service: Support customers with after-sales issues and coordinate with service teams when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product developments, trends, and innovations in sanitaryware.
Sales Promotion Activities: Participate in sales promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meetings organized by the company.
Compliance: Follow company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical sales practices at all times.
