We are looking for motivated Cold Calling Agent to make outbound calls to businesses in the USA. Your primary role will be to introduce our clients’ services, qualify prospects, and gather information to generate new business opportunities. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential marketing leads.
- Engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and understanding their needs.
- Document lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up appointments or pass leads to the sales team.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure consistent lead generation.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry (preferred).
- Availability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan).
