We are is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Verifier to join our Medicare campaign. The Verifier will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of customer information gathered during the campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check Medicare application details against campaign guidelines.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in collected data.
- Collaborate with agents to rectify any issues with customer details.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
- Achieve daily verification targets while upholding quality standards.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and escalate unresolved issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
