What You’ll Do:
• Manage and lead a team of medical billing professionals
• Oversee daily operations related to claims processing, AR follow-ups, and denials
• Ensure performance targets and quality benchmarks are consistently met
• Act as a key point of contact for US clients
• Coach and mentor team members for professional development
• Implement strategies to optimize workflow and team efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
• MBA from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry tools and billing platforms
