We are seeking a highly skilled Expert UI/UX Designer to lead design initiatives for both large-scale enterprise projects and fast-paced agile startups. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Strategy
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma).
- Create design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive design across all platforms.
2. Interaction & Visual Design
- Design intuitive micro-interactions, animations, and transitions.
- Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles effectively.
- Optimize UI for performance, scalability, and brand alignment.
3. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Present and defend design decisions with data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- UI/UX Design Tools: Figma (must), Framer & Webflow (optional).
- Prototyping & Motion
- AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
