- Read Logbook and action on the follow up requests.
- Check emails and reply or act accordingly.
- Check office and warehouse accessories/equipment.
- Ensure D.I. is performed by the driver/operator.
- Ensure weighing scale calibration checks are performed and scales are serviceable.
- Staff at acceptance will ensure all consignments are accepted in compliance with respective airlines procedure and regulatory legislation.
- Prior accepting cargo ensure updated embargo list is available at acceptance counter.
- Ensure all acceptance is recorded in acceptance register.
- Ensure Cargo must be stored in appropriate manner.
- Check PFM/FBL are received and ULD planned is available.
- Ensure to cross check the weight variation in prebuilt unit by preparing UWS.
- Ensure to check serviceability of ULDs, pallet dollies and bulk trollies prior build-up of cargo on it.
- Build-up staff will perform warehouse acceptance check to cargo after screening.
- Perform build-up as per the respective airlines requirement/plan in compliance with Loading/Safety and Security standards.
- Build-up staff is responsible to check the heights and locks of the Units after successful completion of build-up Pallets. Prepare ULD/baggage trolley tags using standard or airline provided stationary.
- Prepare manifest as per the airline requirements using airline provided software or manually.
- Build-up staff will ensure proper storage of ULDs in Export Custody in order to avoid damage to airline property.
- Send messages/TELEXs (QRT/FFM/Pre-Alert & etc.) to HUB.
- Prepare NOTOC of special cargo planned on flight.
- Send required information to load control for load sheet.
- Perform data capturing in software provided by the airlines and release FWB/FHL messages.
- Staff deputed for document segregation will be responsible to prepare documents sets according to local requirements.
- Segregation Staff will prepare comprehensive document sets for boarding purpose.
- Segregation Staff will prepare comprehensive flight closings.
- Staff deputed for gate clearance is responsible to check condition cargo ULDs and bulk trolley to evidence that there is no damaged or tilt to cargo, ULD or trolley observed during transportation process.
- Gate clearance staff will ensure that ULD tag is attached prior moving Cargo/ULD at airside.
- Gate clearance staff will ensure that security is available to escort cargo and cargo is transport to aircraft under security escort.
- Staff deputed to attend flight is responsible to check condition of cargo/ULD/ULD tags at aircraft prior to loading.
- Staff will stay on the flight till departure.
- Flight attendant staff will ensure to remove the offloaded cargo document and amend the manifest in concertina
- Flight attendant staff will crosscheck the offloading of cargo by physical check to cargo and counting of pieces.
- Flight attendant staff is responsible for boarding correct sets of documents on aircraft.
- Flight attendant staff will pass the correct information to export operation office and fill the necessary form.
- Offloaded cargo must be carried back to export premises and must be parked under safe custody.
- Airline must be notified of correct offloading details.
- Ensure cargo is secured to being damaged from the bad weather conditions.
- Entries at Pakistan Customs register must be made right after the departure of flight and customs stamped copy of manifest must be filed in flight closing.
- Pakistan Customs Website must be updated after departure of flight.
