In this role, you will play a vital role in promoting flydubai’s travel products and services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with flight bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for all flydubai passengers.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge / Skills
1. Diploma or relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism (preferred)
2. Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales role
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
