Project Manager - Civil / Interiors

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented “Construction/Interiors Project Manager” to lead, plan, and execute construction & Interiors Design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initial design to final completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and within budget.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Handle contract negotiations, manage relationships, and resolve disputes as necessary.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree/DAE/B-Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects successfully.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management in construction.
