As a Business Analyst in the Supply Chain and Commercial Department at MG JW Automobile Pvt. Ltd., you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain activities while contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the organization. You will utilize your expertise in supply chain management, data analysis, and strategic planning to help develop business strategies based on thorough economic and market analyses. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and reports that influence decision-making processes and drive operational efficiency. Your analytical skills will enable you to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in commercial operations, ensuring that the organization meets its strategic goals and objectives. Although this role does not involve managing a team, your contributions will be vital in guiding cross-functional initiatives that enhance performance and foster growth within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Utilize various data analysis tools and methodologies to create valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and prepare detailed business plans and strategy papers to outline future initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, insights, and performance data for project development.
  • Review and analyze policies, budgets, system requirement specifications (SROs), and financial reports to provide recommendations for enhanced operational performance.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs in commercial operations and present findings to the Board of Directors (BOD) and during periodic review sessions.
  • Perform thorough market surveys and competitor analysis to assess dealership performance and overall brand perception.
  • Create visually appealing and data-driven presentations to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives by advocating the adoption of advanced ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Support the development of demand forecasting models to align supply chain logistics with market trends and demands.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between supply chain management and broader business objectives.
