Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage our financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and support the finance team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities Are

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and general ledger entries
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
Assist in monthly, quarterly, Petty Cash, and annual financial closings

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 to 2 Years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
