The position centers on driving innovation within Digital Technology by building and leading a scrum team focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality software products that empower customers to customize and extend functionality, directly contributing to the company’s mission to make the world work better.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the hiring and onboarding of a new scrum team dedicated to Generative AI and Agentic AI deliverables. Develop clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices in software engineering, including conducting code reviews and unit testing. Collaborate closely with product owners to thoroughly understand requirements and take full ownership of the software lifecycle—from design and implementation to test automation and delivery. Implement user-friendly software solutions that enable customers to extend and customize features according to their needs. Contribute to the design and enhancement of both new and existing products and features. Mentor team members and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 9 to 11+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years focused on the design, development, and deployment of AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions. A proven track record in developing highly scalable enterprise applications and AI-driven enterprise features is essential. Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript development is required, along with experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are critical. A passion for continuous learning and staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
