We rae seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with a passion for high-quality leather footwear. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in finding the perfect leather shoes, driving sales, and maintaining the presentation of our products and brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entry.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements for leather footwear.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding different leather types, shoe styles, construction, fit, and proper care.
- Recommend and assist customers in selecting suitable leather footwear based on their needs and preferences.
- Help customers try on shoes, ensure proper fitting, and offer honest feedback.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including arranging product displays attractively.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing the stock room, and potentially assisting with inventory counts.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, ongoing promotions, sales events, and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues or complaints professionally, and handle returns or exchanges according to policy.
- Build rapport and establish professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
