Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Liaise with clients to gather feedback and insights on our services, and report to the relevant departments for improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and the competent authorities regularly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Positive, vibrant and well-groomed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services or customer support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to clients clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
