Transfer Officer

We are looking for a Transfer Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the transfer process for clients, including handling the documentation, coordinating with other institutions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the transfer process for clients, including handling all documentation and coordinating with other institutions.
Ensure that all transfer requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients and other institutions to ensure a smooth transfer process.
Stay up-to-date with transfer policies and procedures to ensure that all transfers are compliant with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all transfer requests and related documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the transfer process.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of transfer policies and procedures.
