• Monitoring the output of sales representatives and guide the representatives to achieve sales allocations for optimal growth.
  • Figuring out the gaps between teams and providing them with the necessary resources to meet those gaps.
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Have Good relations with Corporate Client's.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients intercity out of city to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about, products, prices and availability.
  • Should have good communication skills.
