We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of web development, graphics, and app development services. Experience with online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for web development, graphics design, and app development services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through various online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Draft and submit compelling proposals, bids, and responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the IT industry.
- Knowledge of web development, graphics design, and app development processes and services.
- Proficiency in using freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
