Mindstorm Communications is currently looking for an IT manager.

  •  As a manager of IT you’re responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the company’s Network systems, VOIP (Voice over IP)
  •  SQL, Servers, and computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  •  You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. 
  •  Led IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  •  Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  •  Equip the IT team with all essential tools and training to be able to achieve the organizational goals.

Requirements:

  •  Should be a Network Specialist
  •  Knowledge about VOIP (Voice over IP)
  •  SQL Systems
  •  IT Infrastructure. 
  •  Network management  
  •  Hands-on dialer experience (VICIdial) will be a plus
  •  Virtual Private Network VPN implementation and management.
  •  Basic to advanced Computer Software/Hardware knowledge.
  •  Willing to work in full-time night shift.
  •  Daily KPIs.
  •  Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  •  Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  •  Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software. (APN)
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to internal IT promptly.
  •  Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  •  Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
  •  Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
  •  Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
  •  Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
  •  Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
  •  Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions.
  •  All IT team and organizational goals should be achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure your own and your team/department's KPIs are met.
  •  Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
