We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with exceptional communication skills to be part of our customer support team.

Shift: 4pm to 12am

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
