We are looking for proactive and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our growing team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for visiting potential clients, managing leads, and providing personalized assistance in person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions about imported Japanese vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Visit warm and cold leads in-person to introduce services, generate interest, and convert prospects into clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Onboarding Support: Guide clients through the account creation and onboarding process, explaining vehicle import options clearly and confidently.
- Reporting & Tracking: Accurately update the growth tracker Google Sheet with daily progress, lead status, and conversions.
- Customer Service: Address questions and concerns during site visits, ensuring excellent client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Urdu and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable traveling locally for client visits (within Karachi)
- Must be organized and able to maintain accurate records
- Prior experience in automotive, field sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
