• The Branch Operations Support Unit plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of branch operations. This role involves overseeing branch operational support, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance, managing branch staff performance, and spearheading staff training initiatives. The individual will work closely with branch leadership to maintain operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as the primary support liaison for branches, addressing day-to-day operational challenges and escalations.
    • Ensure that all branches comply with organizational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Facilitate the implementation of new operational processes and technologies across all branches.
    • Ensure that branch operations adhere to internal audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the internal audit and compliance teams to resolve audit observations promptly.
    • Oversee the recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development of branch operations staff.
    • Design and implement staff incentive structures and KPIs to drive operational excellence.
    • Establish and evaluate performance indicators to measure operational success and efficiency at the branch level.
    • Design and deliver regular training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of branch staff.
    • Collection and submission of required data pertaining to branches as and when required.

    • Eligibility Criteria
    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 15 years of Branch Banking Experience with at least 03 years in same role
    • Strong understanding of banking regulations and audit processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive organizational objectives.
    • Familiarity with branch incentive programs and staff training methodologies.
