Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair hardware, circuits, and electronic components to ensure seamless operation.
Configure and manage IP distribution, including DHCP, port forwarding, and network communication protocols such as MQTT and TCP/IP.
Perform on-site installations and configurations of hardware systems, including:Traffic Light Controllers, IoT Devices, 4G Industrial Modems, Other related equipment
Collaborate effectively with the R&D Team and on-site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Provide high-quality assurance for all installations, repairs, and configurations.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of site activities, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Prior experience in hardware troubleshooting and on-site installations will be an advantage.
Familiarity with IoT hardware and communication technologies is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of hardware repair and circuit troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of networking, including IP management and communication protocols like MQTT and TCP/IP.
Field Work Capability: Ability to work independently on-site for installations and configurations. Hands-on experience with industrial-grade devices like modems and traffic controllers.
Communication: Proficient in English for effective communication with R&D and field teams.
Quality Assurance: Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work.
