We are seeking a Fast-Food / Desi Food Chef for a well-known food chain. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of delicious food items in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to work quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation and development of a new and innovative menu, ensuring it aligns with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design dishes that showcase creativity,
  • Develop and standardize recipes for the new product, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Conduct regular tastings and quality checks to maintain the highest culinary standards.
  • Lead the team by providing guidance on the preparation and presentation of the new product.
  • Check day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff schedules, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the consistent quality of all dishes served.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into the menu to stay competitive.

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or similar role in a high-volume culinary environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
