Key Responsibilities:
Amazon FBA & FBM Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
PPC Campaigns:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
DMCA Compliance:
- Ensure all product listings comply with DMCA regulations.
- Handle DMCA takedown notices and protect intellectual property rights.
- Stay updated on changes in DMCA laws and Amazon policies.
Product Listings & Optimization:
- Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Write compelling product descriptions and titles.
- Use SEO best practices to enhance product rankings.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, and PPC.
- Familiarity with DMCA regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms.
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields.
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing strategies.
