- Communicate with customers via phone calls, email, and chat (Outbound)
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure the resolution
- You will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
- Contact to the provided expected customer list (cold leads/calling) to generate sales and develop into new customers.
- Contact with sleep/inactive customers (Outbound)
- Contact vendors to fulfill the customer/order requirements
- Prepare the quotations and invoices
- Placing the orders on relevant platforms & making sure payments
- Ensuring that you are on track with sales goals
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Prepare call’s response files
- Data entry, customer records in various platforms (like CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
