- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries (Inbound)
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Do follow up from all the landed Customers and integrate the previous customers with their sales representative, new and current customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (to Inbound Customers)
- Contact with vendors to fulfill the customer/orders’ requirements
- Prepare the quotations and invoices
- Placing the orders on relevant platforms & make sure payments
- Ensuring that you are on track with sales goals
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Feedback calls to the customers after product arrived
- Prepare call’s responses files
- Data entry, customer records in various platforms (like CRM, Google Sheets etc.)
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Always follow the proper channel for the raised or requested queries.
