• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries (Inbound)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Do follow up from all the landed Customers and integrate the previous customers with their sales representative, new and current customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (to Inbound Customers)
  • Contact with vendors to fulfill the customer/orders’ requirements
  • Prepare the quotations and invoices
  • Placing the orders on relevant platforms & make sure payments
  • Ensuring that you are on track with sales goals
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Feedback calls to the customers after product arrived
  • Prepare call’s responses files
  • Data entry, customer records in various platforms (like CRM, Google Sheets etc.)
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Always follow the proper channel for the raised or requested queries.
