We are looking for a dedicated and multi-talented Café Manager to lead our premium café operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong grip on hospitality standards and the ability to manage a team efficiently while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day café operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, train, supervise, and motivate café staff (chef, barista, and service team)
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and consistently work to achieve sales targets.
- Handle cash, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper reporting.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring full shift coverage.
- Collaborate with the team on menu updates and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and the café remains clean and well-organized.
