Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders & shipping.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling supplier communications.
  • Support the development and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve traffic and online visibility.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create and update content, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about e-commerce operations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in e-commerce or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service.
