Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations and ensure the smooth handling of shipments and inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation schedules, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and assisting in warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and update records.
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers.
Prepare necessary documentation for shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate tracking of goods in transit.
Support warehouse operations and stock management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
