Customer Relations Officer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction by gathering and analyzing feedback from our customers through phone calls. The CRM will play a vital role in enhancing our service quality and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Feedback Collection:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have purchased products (cash or installment).
- Collect feedback on their purchase experience, including product quality and service satisfaction.
Experience Analysis:
- Ask customers about their interaction with branch staff, including salesmen, branch managers, and other team members.
- Identify and report any gaps in customer satisfaction or service delivery.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of feedback and categorize it based on insights (e.g., product quality, staff behavior, branch service).
- Prepare detailed reports to share with the management team for improvement strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Propose actionable recommendations based on customer insights to enhance overall service quality.
