We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing various initiatives aimed at enhancing donor relations and promoting the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker, comfortable working across different marketing functions and ensuring smooth communication with donors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Executives: Provide support to Marketing Executives in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Donor Communication: Distribute letters and send emails to donors, ensuring accurate and timely correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for all communications with donors, including emails, letters, and follow-up activities.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to donors to ensure satisfaction, confirm receipt of communications, and encourage continued support.
  • WhatsApp Communication: Send personalized WhatsApp messages to donors for updates, reminders, and promotional content.
  • Postings to Donors: Prepare and mail letters, updates, and other materials to donors, ensuring timely and correct distribution.
  • Coordination with Admin Department: Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure the smooth operation of internal processes and manage logistics related to donor communications and marketing efforts.
  • Data Management: Manage and update donor databases, ensuring all contact details and communication records are up to date.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Assist in tracking donor engagement and marketing campaign performance, generating reports and providing feedback to improve strategies.
  • General Marketing Support: Provide additional administrative support to the marketing team as required, including preparing marketing materials, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with market research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Previous experience in marketing or donor relations is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools, including email and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn and grow within the marketing field.
