Mobilize communities and strengthen local organizations for conservation and development initiatives.
Organize meetings with community members and stakeholders to ensure participation in project activities.
Develop partnerships, agreements, and field visit plans for each activity.
Prepare site-specific mobilization and community engagement work plans.
Conduct socioeconomic impact assessments related to project interventions.
Organize awareness-raising and capacity-building activities.
Support project teams in finalizing intervention sites and ensuring smooth implementation.
Maintain records of socioeconomic data and reports in both hard and soft formats.
Facilitate linkages between stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local influencers.
Submit regular reports on participation and achievements in community engagement activities.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
