Job Title: National Sales Manager

Reports to:Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team across the country. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

2. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across different regions

- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members

3. Sales Performance:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

- Develop and implement plans to address sales gaps and drive growth

4. Customer Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

5. Sales Operations:

- Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting

- Ensure sales processes and systems are efficient and effective

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service

- Ensure alignment and coordination across teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Experience:

- Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role

3. Skills:

  •  Strong sales leadership and management skills
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  •  Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions

4. Track Record:

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
