We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in Accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data with accuracy and speed and possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data related to Fixed Assets for our clients.
- Work as Data Owner for the data provided and work on-site teams to identify fixed assets remotely.
- Generate, analyze, and share Excel-based reports and data summaries.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and organize digital records for easy accessibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage large datasets efficiently
