We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow our IT and Engineering departments. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent to meet Nessovo’s strategic objectives and technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including networking, online databases, social media, and employee referrals, ensuring a rich pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and coordinate technical interviews with department leads.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and refine recruiting strategies tailored to the specific needs of the IT and Engineering departments. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements. Provide regular updates and feedback to ensure alignment.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Nessovo at industry conferences, seminars, and job fairs to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certification in technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT and/or engineering sectors.

Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of technology and technical roles.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to screen for both technical capabilities and team fit.
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes: Must be a proactive and dynamic recruiter with a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of technical skills
