Nestle Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the role of NGO Operations Manager. This position requires expertise in Project Management, Fundraising, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the field and a proven record of successful collaboration with non-governmental organizations. In this role, you will manage a team of ten individuals, guiding them toward achieving the organization's goals while ensuring that all initiatives align with Nestle Pakistan's core values and mission. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment, where each team member feels valued and engaged. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the effective implementation of projects that have a significant impact on the communities served.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational objectives and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Oversee fundraising activities, identifying potential donors, and securing financial support for various programs and projects.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of current projects, analyzing progress and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations, to promote collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, fundraising achievements, and monitoring results to senior management and external partners.
  • Identify capacity-building opportunities for team members and implement training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, organization policies, and donor regulations in all project-related activities.
  • Facilitate community engagement efforts to raise awareness about projects and encourage community involvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new funding opportunities to continuously enhance project effectiveness and sustainability.
