An established IT institute is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science along with substantial hands-on experience in network administration. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and optimizing the institute’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the network infrastructure, including data servers, pfSense, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular backups of server data and configurations to support disaster recovery and maintain business continuity.
- Monitor network performance continuously, diagnose issues promptly, and optimize resources to ensure high availability and efficiency.
- Enforce network security by applying industry best practices, conducting regular audits, and keeping systems updated with the latest patches.
- Collaborate with IT teams on network-related projects and integrate emerging technologies to improve infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as network diagrams, inventory lists, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users to resolve network-related issues effectively.
- Prepare and manage hardware and software procurement requests related to network infrastructure.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in network infrastructure and security to continually enhance the network environment.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science (BS, BE, MCS, or MS) from a recognized university.
- 6 to 8 years of proven, hands-on experience in network administration or a similar role.
