Core Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, email, and social media.
Sales Generation: Actively promoting and selling the company's printing and packaging services to clients.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
Sales Process Management: Effectively managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Additional Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, including printing techniques, packaging materials, and customization options.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Training and Development:

Undergoing comprehensive training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company processes.
Participating in ongoing professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
