Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly manner

  • Answer and forward phone calls professionally

  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks

  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff

  • Keep visitor logs and manage front desk records

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
