We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Call Center Agent / Verifier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and confirming Medicare eligibility and coverage for beneficiaries. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of Medicare-related information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicare policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Medicare eligibility and coverage details for beneficiaries.
  • Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding Medicare plans and services.
  • Assist customers with resolving coverage issues, claims inquiries, and other Medicare-related concerns.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Stay informed about changes in Medicare regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or call center environments is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare programs and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
