We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on cold calling potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled in relationship-building, and has a proven track record in outbound sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers, introducing products/services and generating leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed product/service information and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets set by the company.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, cold calling, or telesales (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
