We are seeking a skilled and reliable Content Writer to support us with writing and preparing professional content for tender submissions, including PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires), ITTs (Invitation to Tender), and supporting documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present information in a clear, structured, and persuasive format. Experience in writing for bids, proposals, or similar business documents is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit content for a range of tender documents.
- Tailor responses to meet specific tender requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical input and project information.
- Ensure consistent tone, formatting, and compliance across documents.
- Manage deadlines and prioritise multiple submissions if required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional writing, ideally for tenders, grants, or proposals.
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly present business processes and services.
- Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and formatting tools.
