We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee showroom sales and operations for office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom functioning, with a strong understanding of products like printers, copiers, Laptops, stationery, and other office essentials.

 Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers and provide expert guidance on office supplies and equipment.
  • Demonstrate product features and provide comparisons based on customer requirements.
  • Educate clients on warranties, service plans, and post-sales support.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and close sales.
  •  ⁠Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
  • ⁠Achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets

 Showroom Operations:

  • ⁠Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and showroom is well-maintained.
  • ⁠  ⁠Handle billing, quotations, and order processing through ERP/POS systems.
  • ⁠Maintain stock levels and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
  •  ⁠Track daily sales performance and assist with monthly reporting.
  •  ⁠Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, delivery notes, and customer records.

Coordination & Support:

  •  ⁠Coordinate with service and delivery teams for installation and post-sales support.
  •  ⁠Assist with inventory management and periodic audits.
  • Remotely sorting basic networking and installation queries
  • Participate in promotional events or marketing campaigns as needed.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
  •  ⁠1–3 years of experience in retail or B2B showroom sales, preferably in office supplies computers or electronics.
  •  ⁠Customer-first mindset and goal-oriented attitude
  • ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Familiarity with office equipment and technical specifications is a plus.
  • Basic computer hardware & networking knowledge is a must
  •  ⁠Arabic language & driving license is a plus
  • ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and billing/inventory software.

Package: 150k - 200k + Quarterly Commission %

Probation: 3 Months
