As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing online stores, ensuring excellent product visibility, optimizing user experience, and driving sales. You will work across various platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix), collaborating with our design, content, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize e-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, categories, and images
Conduct market and product research to identify trends and opportunities
Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion
Implement promotional campaigns and discounts
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure branding consistency
Analyze website traffic and sales data to improve performance
Handle integrations with shipping, payment gateways, and inventory tools
Monitor and improve store speed, UX, and mobile responsiveness
Coordinate with marketing team to align paid campaigns and promotions
Provide regular performance reports and improvement suggestions
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing e-commerce stores
Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of e-commerce SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with product sourcing, order fulfillment, and dropshipping (optional)
Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or Klaviyo
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Irish or UK-based online stores
Understanding of sustainable or eco-friendly product markets
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Experience running ads on Meta, Google, or TikTok
