Night shift Incharge injection moulding operator and blow moulding operator

We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift In-Charge to oversee Injection and Blow Moulding operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, operating machinery, and leading the production team to consistently meet quality standards and production targets. This role demands hands-on involvement in machine troubleshooting, mold changes, and maintaining overall production efficiency while strictly following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise injection and blow moulding machines throughout the night shift.
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve shift-specific production goals.
- Perform mold changes efficiently and troubleshoot any machine-related issues without delay.
- Maintain high production efficiency and ensure quality control standards are upheld during the shift.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting production activities, challenges, and resolutions.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in injection and blow moulding operations.
- Technical diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a production team effectively and resolve machine troubleshooting issues.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and production efficiency metrics.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Residence near the site on Super Highway is preferred to ensure punctual attendance.
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring commitment to night shift hours.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs65,000.
