Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager with 8-10 years of experience to lead our financial management functions, including financial planning, financial reporting, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is required
8-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and Corporate Affairs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
