Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and manage labor, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and work is completed to specifications.
- Coordinate with colleague and clients.
- Enforce safety regulations and site cleanliness.
- Maintain detailed records of site progress, incidents, and updates.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in Interior / Renovation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong Quantity and Calculation skills for Billing and as per material requirement.
- High attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel reporting tools).
