We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and grow our follower base.

Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, on-brand content (videos, images, stories, reels, posts) for each platform, leveraging platform-specific trends, formats, and tools.

Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance using platform analytics tools and other relevant metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize content, timing, and overall strategy.

Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Identify opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Paid Advertising (optional, if applicable): Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development, to drive conversions and achieve business objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, best practices, and features (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok Ads).

Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. Ability to create engaging and shareable content.

Strong Analytical Skills: Comfort with using social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track performance and optimize strategy.

Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, innovative ideas that align with our brand’s voice and goals.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling copy and engage with audiences in an authentic way.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, social media advertising, or advanced analytics tools is a plus.
