Maintenance Engineer

is seeking a driven and experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead our diverse operational teams. If you are passionate about maintaining seamless functionality in residential and commercial properties, and are ready to make a significant impact

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all maintenance operations and specialized technical teams, including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, and Painting.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal building performance.
Enforce quality control and safety compliance standards across all maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Manage operational budgets, resources, and relationships with external vendors.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring high service satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in maintenance engineering or facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
Familiarity with local building codes and the operational challenges of Lahore is preferred.
