We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. This role will involve hands-on responsibilities across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution efforts.
Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and growth.
Contribute to the implementation of HR systems, policies, and initiatives.
Monitor employee engagement and support initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Stay updated with HR trends, labor legislation, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
