We are looking for a Customer Services Representative.

Key Deliverables:

Have close Liaison between client/customer and handle all related correspondences
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
Handle the company's webmail portals
Gather records from sales team
Provide regular updates on the status of shipments
